The IL-10 ELISA kit is a solid phase sandwich ELISA for the in-vitro qualitative and quantitative determination of IL-10 in supernatants, buffered solutions or serum and plasma samples. This assay will recognize both natural and recombinant human IL-10. The kit is also reactive with simian IL-10. This kit has been configured for research use only. Not suitable for use in therapeutic procedures
